Canceling Your Subscription

If you purchased a season pass subscription, then there is nothing you have to do: you were billed once and only once for the complete season of the sport. You will not be billed automatically again. Refunds are not provided on season pass purchases.

If you purchased a monthly subscription, then you are billed monthly for the duration of the remaining season of the sport for the subscription. You can view, change or cancel your subscriptions at any time by visiting our e-commerce provider site and entering your e-mail address and/or order number: http://store.esellerate.net/store/support. Make sure you enter the e-mail address you used when you placed the initial subscription order (not the new one, if you've changed it with us since). If you cancel a monthly subscription, this ends any subsequent billings, but does not provide any refund on partially used months. Monthly subscriptions are billed to your credit card on the same day of the month as your initial subscription purchase, so make sure sure you cancel before that day of the month if you do not want any extra billings.
