Renewing Subscriptions

First, you can always check the status of your subscriptions with us by clicking here. Enter your e-mail address and password, and you can see where your subscription status is at.

For seasonal subscriptions, they expire at the start of the next year's season. So, if you purchased a subscription to the 2008/2009 NBA season, your subscription will expire and require renewal when we begin the 2009/2010 season. Simply visit our online store to purchase a new season pass for the subscription you want.

For monthly subscriptions which are billed to your credit every month, you can renew in a couple different ways. You can simply purchase a new monthly or seasonal subscription in our online store. Or, you can renew the prior expired subscription by visiting our e-commerce provider site and entering your e-mail address and/or prior order number: http://store.esellerate.net/store/support. The latter approach is necessary if your existing current monthly subscription was put on hold because of a credit card problem, such as an expiration date issue.
